'Gothia' my new Gothic and vintage style artisian necklace

I was determined to make something truly Gothic looking and different from my recent pieces. Hopefully I have succeeded!

I started by Aging a strip of sterling silver and then I twisted the wire and hammered to give a lovely old feel. Next I added this fantastic skull and cross bones charm, oxidised sterling silver butterfly, black roses and vintage key. Of course I also added my signature touch of black satin ribbon.

You can find out how to purchase this and other pieces by clicking here!

Christmas is coming...

I'm very excited as here in Manchester we have the fabulous Christmas Market featuring the giant Santa, lots of food and drink and Christmassy goodies to buy! I walk past the square where they have this market almost every day for work and they are building it all now.... it's very exciting. I love nipping to the market in my lunch hour and grabbing some Lancashire hotpot!

... Also keep an eye out for my blog on Monday as I am going to be running a competition for a fabulous Alice in wonderland pendant!

Newly listed Alice in wonderland Vintage inspired art necklace!

Wonderland Vintage inspired Art necklace- SOLD
This necklace is simply breathtaking! It is a real piece of art and took some time to make! Framed from hammered wire it features important elements from the Alice in wonderland story including a 'drink me' statement pendant, Brass 'Alice' charm and clock charm. I've enhanced the design with creamy satin ribbon, cream rose flowers, key charm and glass pearls cascading along one side of the finished piece. I wanted to capture the wonderful imagination of the story and make this piece a real collectible.

As always if you are interested in purchasing any of my work Click here for more information.
