Vintage Style Necklace- Carousel Horse!

The weather in Manchester today is fantastic and there are lots of people out and about. Unfortunately I've been out at work today but I'm still home in time to appreciate some sun shine.

A new creation- My vintage style 'Carousel Horse' necklace, comprising of a Large vintage carousel horse charm, Mother of pearl hearts and satin ribbon, on gold chain. Another simple but stunning design, suitable for going out at night, or casual days!

Available in my Etsy and Folksy stores later today!

Ribbons and Bows Galore!

There is something really feminine about bows and ribbons and I've been using them a lot lately with my designs. I also feel it helps create a vintage feel with my jewellery. Here's a couple of pairs of earrings with 'added bows'. Check out my Etsy store later!

Long Time No Blog!

Hidden Treasure

It's been a while I know. I've been left uninspired for a couple of weeks and also came down with a dreadful virus last week so have been inside resting, only daring to venture out these last couple of days.

Yesterday I got out a few bits and bobs and made this Romantic necklace featuring lots of gold trinkets and treasures and an ornate pink and lace bow. I'm quite pleased with how it turned out and it makes a great tinkering sound when you move!

How quick is Christmas coming around? It only feels like a couple of months since last year and now I find myself yet again thinking that I'll 'start early' and get it all done before anybody else. Manchester City centre is becoming more and more busy and I don't want to get caught up in the crowds about a week before! I best get my plans into reality!

Pink Princess

Here's a bead I just couldn't say no to! It's one of Laura Sparlings fantastic creations.... a bauble bead. I just fell in love when I saw it as its completely hollow which I just think is sooo clever! Laura did tell me how it was made but to be honest it didn't really sink in! All I know is that its very girly, pink and just gorgeous and I'm keeping the little blighter!!! Here's what I did with it!
