Magazine Feature coming up for Make jewellery Magazine

I was so excited last time I was asked to do a magazine feature in Making jewellery magazine and now I have been asked to be featured in Make jewellery Magazine. It's such an honour to be asked to show my work to other readers, seeing my designs in print really does make me smile. I don't have a specific date for the feature as yet but so far I have been told it should be in March. I will keep you posted as soon as I find out more!

LOVE IS IN THE AIR Vintage inspired I love you post card necklace

Wow what better way to say I love you with this cute vintage inspired necklace. We have a cute little brass post card, pearl and pink polymer clay flower. I've attached this to brass chain and it even features some swallows 'flying' along the chain. Delightful and perfect for that special someone (including yourself!)

New Vintage inspired Charm bracelet- Romantic liason.

Romantic liason bracelet- SOLD

With all this slippery slidey snow my thoughts are trying to turn to nicer things. I've resumed jewellery making after the Christmas break and made my first valentines inspired piece, although it's perfect for any occasion. I've reverted back to some signature elements and crammed this bracelet with gorgeous glass pearls, pink cameos, sparkly swarovski crystals and satin ribbon. There's some extra long jangly bits for more extravagance and sparkle.

A Belated happy new year and an update!

Hello all! I hope you all had a fabulous Christmas and I wish you all a happy new year! Mark and me and Baby Andre the Pygmy hedgehog all packed our bags and went home to Scunthorpe for five days to join in with family celebrations there. We found out that my Nana has terminal cancer last month and I really treasured the time that I got to spend with her and the rest of my family. It meant so much!

We came home on Tuesday as I had to be back at work on Wednesday and half a day on new years eve (not much rest for the wicked). We have had plenty of time though to spend with our new little friend... Here is Andre looking a little bit guilty after escaping out of his play pen.
Today I made my first roast dinner with a little help from my Jamie Oliver cook book. it turned out pretty good, and 3 hours later Mark is still raving about it so I must have done something right! Some exciting news... my new website has been designed and is now under construction so hopefully not too much longer to wait! I can't wait to show you all! Here are a couple of new additions that I popped into my Etsy and Folksy Shops today.
